ASHTANGA BASICS

This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga method. Students will learn the foundational techniques of breath and movement coordination (vinyasa), meditative gaze (drishti), and internal energy locks (bandha). You’ll be guided through the initial portion of the Primary Series at a steady, accessible pace, with clear cues and options for all levels of mobility and experience. Whether you're new to yoga or simply new to Ashtanga, this is the perfect place to begin. No prior yoga experience is required — just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

ASHTANGA LED (PRIMARY SERIES)

This is a traditional, instructor-led class that guides students through the full Ashtanga Primary Series — a dynamic and physically demanding sequence rooted in breath (pranayama), gaze (drishti), and posture (asana). This 90-minute class is best suited for practitioners who already have a regular yoga practice and are familiar with the Ashtanga method. We strongly recommend attending a few Ashtanga Basics classes first, especially if you're new to this lineage. Due to the intensity and structure of the series, this class is not recommended for complete beginners. Modifications will be offered where appropriate, but a foundational understanding of the sequence will help you get the most out of the practice.

BACK TO BASICS

A strong yoga practice begins with a solid foundation. This 60-minute class focuses on the essential elements of yoga: proper alignment, breath awareness, strength, and balance. Perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals, you’ll explore common postures and transitions with an emphasis on skeletal alignment and mindful muscle engagement. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner refining your form, this class offers the tools to move with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.

BEND & EXPAND

Strengthen your spine, open your heart, and unlock your fullest expression. This backbend-focused class is designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and awareness needed to explore spinal extension in a safe and supported way. Whether you're working toward deeper heart openers or simply want to improve posture and release tension, this class will guide you through intentional drills, mobility prep, and targeted technique work to expand your backbend practice. Expect to explore poses like Cobra, Camel, Bow, and Wheel — with variations and modifications offered for all levels. Come bend, breathe, and expand — physically, energetically, and emotionally.

CANDLELIGHT SLOW FLOW
Beginner Friendly | Intensity ☾☾
This gentle, meditative flow invites you to move with intention and ease. With about half the number of postures compared to a typical flow class, you’ll have time to breathe deeply, hold each shape longer, and truly feel into your body. Practiced entirely by candlelight, this class is all about softness, introspection, and slowing down. Expect to leave feeling calm, centered, and reconnected.
Open to all levels — perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

CANDLELIGHT STRETCH
Beginner Friendly | Intensity ☾
Let your day melt away in this deeply relaxing class designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. With longer, passive holds, you’ll gently target deep connective tissues—especially around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine—to increase mobility and invite softness into both body and mind. The class is set entirely by candlelight, creating a warm and grounding space to slow down and surrender. We may also incorporate aromatherapy using essential oils to enhance your sensory experience and deepen relaxation. No experience needed — just come ready to unwind.

CANDLELIGHT STRETCH w SOUND BATH

The first half of this class offers gentle (or slightly more active) stretching to release muscular tension and target deep connective tissues—improving circulation, mobility, and flexibility. Instruments like Ocean Drums, Chimes, and Tibetan Singing Bowls create calming vibrations that support rest, restoration, and emotional release. This dynamic class hones in on the muscles that support your spine and power your practice — think abs, obliques, glutes, shoulders, and back. Expect focused, functional movements designed to improve posture, build stamina, and boost overall strength for both everyday life and advanced practices like arm balances and inversions. Heads up though - This class can get quite intense, with quicker-paced sequences and challenging holds. If you're a complete beginner to yoga or movement, we recommend starting with Back to Basics or a slower-paced class first. That said, if you're keen to give it a go, you're absolutely welcome — just let your teacher know you're new so they can offer helpful modifications along the way. Come ready to feel the burn — and build a solid foundation from the inside out.

DETOX FLOW

This invigorating class is designed to cleanse and rejuvenate your body on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. With an emphasis on twisting postures and gentle inversions, it helps stimulate digestion, release stagnant toxins, and boost circulation to vital organs such as the liver and kidneys. Integrated breathing techniques further support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Open to all levels, though some prior experience is recommended for a smoother, more comfortable flow. In Evolve, the flow of the class shifts each week based on the energy and needs of the students present. Expect a thoughtful blend of styles — from Hatha to Ashtanga to Vinyasa and more — carefully curated by your instructor, in real-time. You’ll be offered modifications and progressions to suit your individual experience and goals, with in-depth guidance every step of the way. Come with curiosity and an open heart. FLIGHT SCHOOL

Learn to move effortlessly into arm balances and inversions at our Flight School—open to yogis of all levels! While some prior yoga experience is recommended to follow the flow of the class smoothly, no previous experience with arm balances or inversions is needed — that’s exactly what this class is for.
You’ll build strength, mobility, and alignment skills to safely explore going upside down. Learn how to set up poses, transition in and out with ease, and practice confidently. HANDSTAND FUNDAMENTALS

Our Handstand Fundamentals class will lead you to the point where you can confidently balance on your hands, and bail out safely. You will learn to train and strengthen your body for better handstands. There will be powerful drills incorporated to help you master your handstand technique against a wall and free-standing. You will be exposed to conditioning exercises to build stronger shoulders, wrists, and core muscles in this class! There will be beginner, intermediate, and advanced options for all stages of handstand training.

HATHA FLOW
Beginner Friendly | Intensity ☾☾☾
Hatha Flow combines the best of both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. You’ll move through a series of warm-ups, sun salutations, and strong standing and seated postures. Each pose is held for 5–8 breaths, allowing you to focus on proper alignment and build stability in your practice. Typically, the flow works toward a peak posture, giving you the chance to explore new poses in more depth. This class is perfect for anyone looking to lengthen, strengthen, and move mindfully with the breath. Open to those newer to the yoga practice. If it’s your first class, please let us know so we can provide you with extra guidance and support.

HATHA FLOW W SOUNDBATH

Experience a harmonious blend of mindful movement and deep relaxation in our Hatha Flow with Soundbath class. Begin with a grounding Hatha Flow that combines steady poses and intentional flows to build strength, stability, and alignment in your body. The soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will guide you into a state of deep rest and inner peace. Mobility is the ability of a joint to actively move through its full range of motion, while flexibility refers to the capacity of muscles or muscle groups to lengthen passively through a range of motion. This 60-minute class is designed to improve joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and overall movement quality. You’ll focus on maintaining the strength and health of your joints, tendons, and ligaments—key components in reducing soreness, speeding up recovery, and enhancing overall wellness. Whether you’re an athlete, a regular exerciser, or simply looking to feel better in your body, this class is a vital complement to your fitness routine. Suitable for all levels, it’s an essential practice to keep your body feeling open, strong, and balanced.

RESTORATIVE SOUND BATH
Beginner Friendly | Intensity ☾
Gift yourself time to pause, unwind and reset. Gently allow your body to fully relax and your mind to drift into a restorative meditative state with the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum and Chimes. You may be guided through some breathwork and meditation at the start as you ease into a soothing sound bath. Take this chance to let go of stress, relieve tension and release stagnant energy. SUNSET FLOW W SOUND BATH

This class blends both soft, lengthening stretches and light strengthening postures to help quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. We’ll end with a 15-minute savasana accompanied by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Let the calming sounds guide you into a deeply restorative meditative state, leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed. Suitable for all levels, including those newer to yoga who are seeking a mindful and nourishing way to wind down.

WARRIOR FLOW
Intermediate | Intensity ☾☾☾☾
This energising, brisk and intelligent flow class connects breath to movement, and is sure to increase heart rate and create a cleansing body heat. The smooth and fluid transitions allow poses to flow from one to another developing strength, flexibility, stamina and focus. This sweat-drenching class may explore more complex postures, as well as some arm balances and inversions. Therefore, it is recommended that students attend a couple of Mellow Flow classes before attending Warrior Flow classes.

YIN & YANG
Beginner Friendly | Intensity ☾☾☾
This class brings together the best of both worlds — the quiet stillness of Yin Yoga and the energising movement of Yang Yoga — for a well-rounded, balanced practice. The Yin portion of class focuses on deep, passive stretches targeting the hips, thighs, and lower back, encouraging release through longer-held poses and mindful breath. You'll soften into stillness, inviting flexibility and calm into both body and mind. The Yang portion builds strength, stability, and energy through steady, active movement that promotes endurance, alignment, and heat in the body. Perfect for those seeking both relaxation and strength in one session, Yin & Yang invites you to slow down and move with intention — leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and whole.
