  • How early do I have to arrive for class? What happens if I am late?
    If it’s your first time at Warrior Studios, we highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class to get familiar with the space and settle in. For regulars, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts to check in, change, and set up your mat or reformer. We know that sometimes life happens — but out of respect for our instructors and fellow students, all classes start and end on time. To maintain a calm and focused space, there is a 5-minute grace period. After that, the studio doors will be locked for safety and security, and late entry will not be permitted.
  • What if I have an injury, health condition or pregnant?
    Please inform your instructor before class begins so they can offer appropriate modifications for your safety. 👉 If you are pregnant, please ensure that you have clearance from your OBGYN before attending any physical activity. If you're joining a class that is not a designated prenatal class or is not led by a prenatal-trained instructor, you are attending at your own discretion. We highly recommend our specialised prenatal classes for a safer and more supportive experience.
  • What do I need for my first class?
    The most important thing to bring is yourself — and an open mind! We recommend bringing a bottle of water (we have water coolers where you can refill reusable bottles). Warrior Studios is fully equipped with all the mats and props you’ll need, so there's no need to bring your own unless you prefer to use personal items. 👉 Face towels and bath towels are available for rent at $2 and $3 respectively.
  • What should I wear to class?
    Wear clothing that’s comfortable, breathable, and allows you to move freely — lightweight activewear is ideal as it helps wick sweat and dry quickly. For our long-haired friends, don’t forget a hairband! Please remove accessories or jewelry that may get in the way or cause discomfort during class. 👉 Grip socks are a MUST for Reformer Pilates classes. We also sell our super cute Warrior Studios grip socks for $10/pair!
  • I’m new — which class should I start with?
    If you’re new to Warrior Studios but already have experience in yoga, Pilates, or barre, feel free to explore any class that excites you — most of our offerings are open-level and welcoming to all. If you’re a complete beginner: For yoga, we recommend starting with slower-paced classes like Back to Basics, Mobility and Stretch, Mellow Flow. For pilates, our Reformer Foundations class is the perfect place to start. Still unsure? Drop us a message — we’re happy to recommend the best class for your goals and experience level!
  • Do I need prior experience to join a class?
    Some classes do require prior experience. You’ll find details in our class descriptions (under the CLASSES tab in the menu bar) indicating whether a class is beginner-friendly or suited for those with a foundational practice. Most of our classes are open to all levels and include guidance for beginners, but we do recommend checking the class description before booking to ensure the right fit for you.
  • What types of classes do you offer?
    We offer a diverse range of classes across yoga, pilates (reformer and mat), barre, and movement-based training.   • How do I book a class?
    You can book directly through our website or on the Mindbody app. For assistance, contact us via WhatsApp (message only) at 90713202 or email hello@warrior-studios.com.
  • Can I use showers and vanity areas after class?
    Yes! Our Sun Studio on Level 4 features two shower stalls and vanity areas to freshen up post-class. We provide shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers for your convenience. 👉 Bath towels are available for rent at $3 per towel.
  • Should I eat or drink before class?
    We recommend avoiding large meals for at least 1.5 to 2 hours before class, especially for practices involving deep twists, core work, or inversions. If you’re feeling hungry, a light snack like fruit, yogurt, or a small handful of nuts can keep you going without discomfort. After class, be sure to hydrate and replenish — especially after a good sweaty sesh!
  • Do you offer private or corporate sessions?
    Yes, we offer private sessions for individuals who prefer more personalized instruction, as well as corporate group classes for teams looking to move and connect together. 👉 Interested? Contact us HERE to learn more or make a booking.
  • How can I stay updated on classes and events?
    The best way to stay in the loop is to follow us on Instagram — that’s where we share most of our updates, class highlights, community moments, and behind-the-scenes fun. We also send out EDMs for big events, promotions, and special announcements, so keep an eye on your inbox from time to time! And of course, you can always check our website for the latest schedule and offerings.
  • How do I book a class with my package?
    Booking is easy — just log into your account via our website or Mindbody app. Your available credits will automatically apply at checkout when reserving a class. You can book as many classes as you like in a day, as long as you have enough credits.
  • I booked a class with my package, but it’s asking me to pay for my next class — why?
    This happens because of how the Mindbody system activates your package. Your package only activates on the date of your first booked class. So, if you try to book another class before that activation date, the system won’t register your credits — and will prompt you to pay. What can you do? Cancel all your upcoming classes and rebook them in chronological order, starting with your actual first class. Or, simply WhatsApp us at +65 9071 3202, and we’ll fix it for you on our end!
  • How do I share my Tribe package with friends, family, or loved ones?
    To link your TRIBE members, just email us at hello@warrior-studios.com or WhatsApp us at +65 9071 3202 with the following: If they already have a Warrior Studios account: Just send us their email address. If they’re brand new: Send us their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Contact Number. We’ll create an account for them and send a welcome email. Once added, your Tribe member can start booking classes using your package credits! 🔐 Important Notes: Only the package holder (person who purchased the pack) will see the package in their Mindbody app. Other Tribe members won’t see it, but they’ll be able to book classes normally. Coordinate with your Tribe on which class will be the first booking, as that activates the package. Any bookings dated before that first class won’t register, and Mindbody will prompt for payment. If that happens, don’t worry! Just message us and we’ll sort it out for you behind the scenes ♥️
  • What’s your cancellation and no-show policy?
    We require at least 6 hours notice prior to the start of class to cancel a booking without penalty. Late cancellations (within 6 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit. This policy helps us offer your spot to another student, especially for high-demand classes. If the studio cancels a class, your credit will be automatically returned and you'll be notified as early as possible. 💡 Waitlist Note: If you are moved from the waitlist into class and confirmed, your credit will be deducted — just like any regular booking.
  • What if I’m late to class?
    We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to check in, change, and settle in. Please note that there’s a 5-minute grace period — after that, studio doors will be locked and late entry will not be allowed for safety and class flow reasons. ⏳ If you are late and unable to join the class, your credit will still be deducted. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the experience of others in class.
  • Do my package credits apply to all classes?
    All Warrior Studios regular classes — including yoga, mat pilates, barre, and movement — deduct 1 class credit from your package. Reformer Pilates classes will deduct 2 class credits! As for workshops, masterclasses, and special events, these typically require separate booking and payment. However, in some cases, we may allow participation via extra package credit deductions instead of separate payment. 📝 Details for these offerings will always be listed clearly on our Instagram or in our email newsletters (EDMs).   • Can I share or transfer my package or book for a friend?
    At Warrior Studios, we offer two types of packages: SOLO Packages: These are designed for individual use only. They are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. TRIBE Packages: These can be shared with a selected number of users, depending on the package tier you choose.   • Can I freeze or extend my package?
    Extensions are only granted in special circumstances — such as medical reasons or travel — and must be approved by the studio. If you believe you qualify, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist. 🕒 All packages come with a fixed validity period, so we encourage you to plan your sessions accordingly to make the most of your credits.
  • What if I have a technical issue booking or cancelling a class?
    If you encounter any glitches or problems, feel free to contact us directly via email at hello@warrior-studios.com or WhatsApp (message only) at 90713202, and we’ll help sort it out for you.
  • How do I check or manage my package?
    You can view your remaining credits, upcoming bookings, and package expiration by logging into your account on our website or Mindbody app. Need help with payment methods or renewals? You can update them in your account or reach out to our team — we’re happy to assist!
  • What’s the cancellation policy for ClassPass users?
    If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations may result in a fee or extra credit deduction from your ClassPass account, based on their policy. ❗Note: These policies are set by ClassPass — not Warrior Studios — so any disputes or adjustments must be handled directly through the ClassPass support team. Our teachers and staff work hard to provide a safe, welcoming space. Any harassment or aggressive behaviour—especially related to booking disputes or entry refusals—will not be tolerated.
  • What happens if I’m late or miss a class?
    Our studio starts classes on time with a 5-minute grace period; late arrivals will not be admitted — and that will count as a missed class.   • Can I book or share classes for friends through ClassPass?
    ClassPass accounts are for individual use only. This means: You cannot share your account or transfer a booking to someone else. Each person must book through their own ClassPass account. If you’re found attending a class that does not match your registered name or ID photo, we reserve the right to refuse entry. ❗Note: These policies are set by ClassPass — not Warrior Studios — so any disputes or adjustments must be handled directly through the ClassPass support team.   • What if I have used multiple free trial accounts?
    If we detect that a user has previously taken advantage of multiple free trial accounts to claim additional free classes, this violates ClassPass and studio policies. We reserve the right to deny entry to ensure fair use for all. We kindly ask everyone to respect these guidelines— free trials on ClassPass are designed to introduce new students to our studio, and this means we don’t receive payment for those sessions. It’s important to be considerate and honest, as misuse impacts our ability to keep providing quality experiences for everyone. Thank you for understanding and supporting our community with integrity!   • What should I do if I have issues with the ClassPass app or booking?
    Check your ClassPass app for confirmation. For any glitches or booking issues, please contact ClassPass support directly. Warrior Studios cannot manage ClassPass bookings or cancellations.
  • Can you mark me or my friend as attended if we missed class?
    No. We cannot mark attendance for anyone who hasn’t physically attended the class. This is against ClassPass and studio policies. Please contact ClassPass support team if you have concerns or disputes. Our teachers and staff work hard to provide a safe, welcoming space. Any harassment or aggressive behaviour—especially related to booking disputes or entry refusals—will not be tolerated.
  • Why don’t I see all Warrior Studios classes or workshops on ClassPass?
    Some classes, workshops, and special events are reserved exclusively for direct bookings and will not appear on ClassPass. We also limit ClassPass slots for popular or peak-time classes to prioritise access for our package holders and regular community. For full access to our schedule and the best availability, we recommend booking directly through our website or Mindbody app.
  • Can I book multiple classes in one day with ClassPass?
    Yes! As long as you have enough credits and the classes are available, you’re welcome to book more than one session in a day.
