We keep it streamlined by using just the Reformer bed, so you can get familiar with the machine and build confidence in a safe and supportive space. Expect a slower pace, detailed instruction, and plenty of hands-on guidance to set a strong foundation for your Reformer journey. This is the perfect place to start before progressing to Reformer Signature or Reformer Burn.
