Unwind classes involve a much deeper stretch and release of the fascia (the connective tissue in our body) by holding certain poses for a longer period of time. Props such as straps and blocks may be used to enhance this. This restorative and relaxing class is perfect for those who seek a good stretch to wind down, or to unravel after a long day at work. Build flexibility in tight and rigid areas in your body, and come out of the class feeling refreshed and renewed.
